Villa Fiesta - Boaz

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. The lady who seated us and handled our bill was exceptionally kind, and our server Drew was fantastic! It’s evident when people take genuine pleasure in their work. We never felt rushed, I didn't have to ask for anything, and my drink was always filled, all delivered with a warm smile. Huge shoutout to the kitchen staff—the birria tacos were a masterpiece; that cheese pull was absolutely incredible! It was a Friday, and the music only enhanced the joyful vibe I experienced. My job can be quite stressful, but this place, along with its wonderful staff and diverse menu, truly transported me to a different world.

I eventually got up to search for our waitress and the manager. The person who took our drink orders identified himself as the manager, Juan. I explained the situation, mentioning that we had been waiting for nearly an hour, and asked if he could check on our order. He returned shortly with our food, apologized once again, and began placing it on the table. To my dismay, everything was cold—definitely not just lukewarm, but completely cold. At that point, I requested to speak to the owner, but was informed that she wasn't available. I asked for her to call me, and then we left. Since then, I haven't heard from anyone. While I can't comment on the food, the lack of service and concern for customer satisfaction was utterly disappointing.
