Although I must agree with the review on the rude cashier that took my order, I'm glad I stuck it out. She eventually managed to order a hot ham and cheese (not on the menu, tho a cold one was) and it was so delicious. I definitely would recommend eating here over the fast food places and just take her with a grain of salt.
My family and I were passing through Blythe and happened upon A u0026R Bakery. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt like I needed to speak up. The woman at the front counter was extremely rude and short with her customers. I am disgusted with her behavior. We walked up to the counter when it was our turn, and she immediately screams No sandwiches That is no way to talk to anyone, let alone a family with 2 young daughters. But we brushed it off. She continued yelling. She screamed, Are you ready? Im ready We knew exactly what we wanted. Just two pastries. So we pointed them out to her. She proceeded with, What? What? What about it? What pastry is that She was horribly rude. I have never had an interaction like that before. She was aggressive with her actions and words and I wanted to warn others about this place. This review is regarding this particular employee only, and nothing to do with their food or products. Needless to say, we should have walked out the door, but didn't. I didnt want to leave empty-handed as my daughters were excited about the treats. We put up with this behavior from her, but I am saddened that my daughters witnessed a disgruntled employee speaking badly to them and their parents. If she was having a horrible day, it showed. However, she shouldn't take it out on customers or the other employees around her. We stayed quiet, paid, and left. We obviously won't be returning to this place of business. Shame on her. Steer clear of this place and take your business elsewhere.

That Turkey sandwich deserves an award. The cucumber, that bread.. A pickle and some pot salad are just the sides it needed. The hype is real. I'm coming back next I pass through to continue on exploring the menu and try the pastry that got away..
