Tim Hortons - Blyth

It shouldn't take 15 minutes to serve three vehicles in the drive-thru.

I visit this Tim Horton's regularly on weekends, and the service is usually quite good. However, today it took me over five minutes to get just one coffee. During that time, I watched three teenage girls and one teenage boy playing around and roughhousing at the drive-thru window. This was not exactly what I would consider good customer service.

We often stop by this place on our way to Lake Huron. It's a lovely little shop, and the staff has always been fantastic. You should definitely visit and see for yourself!

It would be nice if they could get a simple coffee order correct. Maybe spend 20 minutes cleaning washrooms and glass doors. Kind of gross looking. Definitely gone downhill, unfortunately.

Was happy and relieved, to have a Timmy's so close to our cabin. Staff were Super friendly. Kinda missing that here in Kitchener. I was there 3 times and each time was a great experience. Thank You Staff at Blyth Timmy's.
