Starbucks - Bluffton

Everyone who works in this place is so friendly! I placed a mobile order for picking up in the store, and when I arrived, the lobby was closed. Usually I would be fine to get my order, but the line was wrapped around the building and I ran late to work. A woman who works there brought me my drink and bagel. It was so appreciated, especially given the difficult things that every short employee is.

For people who are understanding and anticipation when we are short employees and have longer waiting times: Thank you. It means more than we could ever express. Your goodness makes everything better when we're stressed. Even if we fight, we still want to make sure everyone stays happy and satisfied. It's never our intention to ruin coffee every day. I can't imagine someone having a bad day over a cup of bean water, that would be terrible!
