Hook Reel Cajun Seafood Restaurant Bar

We ordered two salads—one with shrimp and the other with crab. Unfortunately, the shrimp salad consisted mostly of lettuce, with only a few cherry tomato slices. While the fried shrimp was delicious, there were no Italian, balsamic, or even oil and vinegar dressings available; all they offered were creamy ranch-style dressings. The crab salad contained small flakes of crab that seemed like they came from a can, paired with more plain lettuce and just four cherry tomatoes. We were quite disappointed, especially since we have dined at this chain before and enjoyed excellent food. However, I want to commend our server, who was on his first day and did a fantastic job.

We had a reservation but when we walked in several servers were standing around and looked at us like we were aliens. Tables we uncleared so we waited. Then dining room manager I assume came and made them get to work. Not very professional staff, music was way loud. Food was good except for appetizers, paella here is not paella, more like fried rice from Asian restaurant. Would we go back? Probably not.

Birthday celebration!! The food was delicious. Our group had crab legs, steamed shrimp, and fried shrimp. I would definitely go again for a good seafood meal at a very reasonable price.

The food was delicious, but the service was quite poor. It took a long time to get refills, and I even had to ask another server to locate my server for me. Additionally, the lighting in the restaurant was too dim, which gave me a migraine.
