Ben Jerry's - Bluffton

My son and I had a wonderful time at Ben & Jerry's for a mother-son outing. Our experience was delightful! The owner personally welcomed us and expressed his gratitude for our support of his business, which made us feel truly valued. He really added a special touch to our visit. The ice cream was absolutely delicious! My son is already looking forward to going back for his birthday. I highly recommend this ice cream shop; you won't be disappointed! – Sabrina

I was amazed by this little hidden gem! The place was impeccably clean, and the young ladies who worked there were very knowledgeable. They even showed us how to make waffle cones! I'm definitely planning to stop by for a salted caramel crunch, and my grandson loves the strawberry flavor.

Ben & Jerry's is one of my favorite places to enjoy ice cream! It's a perfect spot to indulge in tasty treats with friends and family. The customer service is always excellent!

Much different from the last time before Covid quarantine. Dirty, sticky, evil floors and counters. Almost every ice name marked or over and very few choices. The grocery stores have more flavors to choose from by themselves with food shortages. What we got was good, but did not hurry to go back and fight the parking lot..just not worth the trip and effort. Teens was loitering not eating ice cream on all outdoor tables, so our group of 8 had to stand around inside or on a very crowded walkway.

Not many options in stock and the floor and the counters were dirty and sticky. What ice was available was great!
