Alvin Ord's Of Bluffton

My rating is 3.5, rounded up to 4 for fast service being pet-friendly. I ordered the Rachel and the sandwich was 75% sauerkraut, 15% cheese and 10% turkey. LoL Wasn't bad, just not anything particularly special or flavorful. Also got a chocolate chunk cookie which was hard as a brick and dry. Tried a brownie instead and that was soft and chewy. Had to pay extra for a pickle (all sides and toppings are extra). My companion had a roast beef sandwich and was satisfied, but said it wasn't anything to write home about. Not sure I'd want to come back and spend $15 for small sandwich, drink, chips cookie again unless the food was better. But the service was quick and they do have an enclosed porch space for pets with water bowls outside.

This place never disappoints. Their sandwiches are amazing and its because of the spin they do on their breads. Totally awesome french bread. Do not underestimate the size of the sandwiches. Lol So glad this restaurant is in Bluffton. Great addition! Try it if you haven?t- you will not be disappointed!

I ordered the Rachel. The medium was HUGE....Probably should've gotten a small. It was so good that I ate the whole thing and was stuffed! Great selection, super fresh ingredients and friendly people. We will be back!

Great sandwich shop. There were about 5 tables inside to sit at. They also had about 5 or 6 tables in a screened in porch. They have 3 sizes for their sandwiches. They offer French or another bread type. Sorry I forgot. Next to the cash register they have the bread to show you the sizes. I ate the Rueben. I thought it came with right amount of corn beef and Sauerkraut, but they used a mustard instead of thousand island dressing. I have to admit, I enjoyed their version. Others in my group got the roast beef au jus. They offer Coke products for drinks which I appreciate. Everyone enjoyed their meal

Haven't had any other sandwhiches quite like the ones here. The bread is incredible and they load it up with toppings. Favorite sandwhich shop by far.
