Dave's Pub Grill - Bluewater

I had a wonderful dining experience with excellent food and service. I ordered the pan-seared trout and the Cajun chicken penne, both of which were flavorful, served hot, and came in generous portions. I also enjoyed a Cowbell Amber beer and a glass of Merlot. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back again.

When our meals finally came out, they were cold and unappetizing. The burgers were made with frozen patties, and they came with wilted lettuce and unripe, white tomatoes. The turkey burger tasted off—definitely not like turkey—and was similarly accompanied by limp lettuce and white tomatoes. The fries were undercooked, and my salad was mostly just lettuce. Our server didn’t check in on us to see if we needed drink refills or how our meals were until we were almost finished. I was disappointed that they didn't utilize local ingredients, especially since local produce is readily available right now. Overall, I feel like we wasted both our time and money.

I enjoyed the food, the service was satisfactory, and the prices were what I expected for the type of restaurant and its location.

Was there a week ago. Lovely place and warm people. Loved the openess of the place.

Respectfully, I would advise you to go somewhere else if you want to have a good time and enjoy good food. The service is mediocre, unwelcoming, and quite sloppy. The food is simply bad, as unimpressive as a McDonald's. The wines are low-quality. On the walls, one can see a time that seems long gone.
