Mcdonald's - Bluefield

The staff and team at McDonald's are friendly, and they are willing to customize your order if you ask politely. Don't forget to leave them a tip, especially at the location in Bluefield, West Virginia.

Every time I visit this restaurant, something goes wrong, usually due to the unpleasant attitudes of some of the staff. For two consecutive days, my drink was handed to me with soda spilled all over it. On both occasions, the cup was damaged and the employees were unwilling to provide a napkin or replace it with a new cup.

Well the food I ordered was mediocre. Half my bun was hard as a rock. It was a jalapeño double stack quarter pounder. The featured meal. It would have been better if it was that especially considering my wife I used to pay is a member of McDonalds.

Bad service. Kiosk were not working. Shortage of staff. It was taking too long to accept any order

This McDonald's location is the best in the area. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. If there is ever a mistake with an order, they quickly and efficiently correct it without any hassle.
