Bob Evans - Bluefield

I entered the restaurant at 8:00 AM, and we were seated promptly, but after that, it felt like we were completely forgotten. There were no other customers around, and after 12 minutes of waiting without anyone approaching us to offer coffee or even take our order, my husband had to get up and ask for service. When the waitress finally came to our table, she clearly had an attitude. She rudely inquired about our drink choices and if we were ready to order. She wrote down our order without using a notepad, which seemed unprofessional. When she brought our coffee, she plopped it down on the table and carelessly tossed the creamer and sugar next to us. The whole experience was incredibly disappointing, especially considering we've been loyal customers of Bob Evans for years and always tip generously. We decided to leave immediately and went to a nearby Cracker Barrel, where we had a much more pleasant experience.
