Tannin Wine Kitchen - Blue Summit

My husband and another couple of friends enjoyed a fabulous Prix Fixe meal with wine pairings at Tannin. From our FANTASTIC server, Kris S. to the classy and knowledgeable young ladies explaining the wine, to the remarkably delicious food, it was one of the most memorable meals we've ever enjoyed!My husband and I are Francophiles and try to spend a few weeks in France every couple of years (having French friends from Lyon, no less, make it incroyable. One of the things we love most about being there (and Italy and Spain and Portugal are similar are the leisurely meals with just the right portions of food, prepared with fresh ingredients and paired with the exactly right wines. That time spent with friends sharing such a pleasant experience, laughing, talking, making wonderful memories, is incomparable. That's exactly what we experienced at Tannin Wine Bar and Restaurant. Life is short! Live it up!

We love Tannin, and the sparkling selection was on point.

This was our first time there. We had a mix of appetizers and sides with some cocktails. Very friendly service and some very interesting wines to try highly recommend.
