Goodcents - Blue Summit

I ordered delivery. Goodcents forgot my cookie and the alfredo was tiny and dry with hardly any sauce. I would never have ordered the alfredo if I knew how small the portion would be. This is supposed to be an adult meal portion. I have ordered the alfredo from the Independence location and it was much bigger with plenty of sauce like the picture on their website.

We got 2 twelve inch subs. The Penny sub and Italian sub. Love freshly sliced meats! We had enough for lunch and dinner. Delicious! Employees were really nice! Clean store.

Went to Goodcents tonight and picked up a mobile order. I have 2 separate orders, 2 sandwiches in each. My kid found black stands of hair in her first sandwich, then I gave her a half of another..more hair and the lettuce was brown. I called the store they said they would refund the sandwich, then said I needed to provide card number over the phone..I refused and the man hung up on me. I called back and he said he can refund it without the card..I said okay is it for both sandwiches? He told me “now you’re playing with me” and hung up again. Really sad to see one of my favorite sandwich places go down hill with quality and customer service.

Food is always exceptional and fresh compared to most other sub shops, I can't wait for the remodeling to be done! We've been needing our Goodscents fix for past several weeks!

Nice local chain of sandwich shops. Definitely prefer them to the national chains. Only complaint I have is that they seem to have cut back a bit on the meat and cheese on the sandwiches, probably due to cost. But still really like them a whole lot better than the other places.
