Chipotle Mexican Grill - Blue Summit

I ordered my food for takeout and waited for the steak to be sliced. The staff appeared frustrated because there was no pre-cut steak available. Eventually, someone cooked the steak but left it whole instead of chopping it up. The guacamole had turned brown from sitting out for a few hours. When I got home, I found that my steak had a lot of fat and cartilage. I had ordered extra steak but it seemed like a regular portion. To make matters worse, I had paid extra for cartilage and brown guacamole. I have had too many negative experiences at this restaurant and will not be returning.

The staff is awful. They are rude and inattentive - always running out of items. Save yourself the hassle and go to a different location. It's not worth it, and this happens every single time, not just once.
