Carlitos Mexican Food - Blue Summit

The people working are very nice but way stressed. There were 4 tables and our microwaved food was horrible and took 40 minutes to bring out. No one there knew what they were doing. After 35 minutes I asked for a refund but the cashier didn't know how to do a refund. She kindly offered to pay me with her own money. They ended up giving us a $20 gift card, which was nice but I don't think I'll be back. The Carlito"s nachos are barely a step above what you'd get from a baseball park. Everything was out of a can.

This was my first visit since the new owners took over. Everything was great. Better than before.

Love love love the taco burgers. But all the food is good. Always nice.

The cold steak tacos come in pieces so you'll need a microwave and a fork

Hateful new owner. Greedy with salsa. Made a rude comment that I had enough, and took away lids. I did not get more salsa then I needed. Literally shocked at his behavior.
