Blaze Burgers Fries - Blue Summit

We had a late lunch here the other day, sitting at a booth in the bar area as usual. Service can be slow in the bar, but is still good. The food is always good and we love the unlimited refills on sides like fries, salad and broccoli. Rarely a wait and a big menu to choose from as well.

Can get just about any burger you want. Makes the decision difficult when ordering. Greeted by the server with a couple of baskets of their bottomless fries. Fresh out of the fryer. Gotta like that. It was pretty quiet in there and such, the server was very attentive. Enjoy the food. A little bit pricey, but overall, good eats.

My wife and I had lunch there on Saturday and we were more than delighted at the speed of seating, the taste of the food, the value for the food, and the ambience. The amount of food was more than filling and we were very content with our server who was friendly yet professional and prompt with service.

I was quite disappointed with the take away service at Blaze. The food was decent, but at the end, I asked for my milkshake in a take away cup since I drank only 1/4th of it. To my surprise, I found that it was very diluted and only less than a quarter of the cup was full.When enquired about it, they made some lame excuses. Its quite sad that they have to rob from the customers.The disappointing service made it a bad experience in the end. I don't normally write such reviews, but this was so frustrating!! Hope you can take this feedback constructively and improve your customer experience.

OK, the Steak Fries are great and you get more than enough...bottomless. The burgers are nothing to write home about. I ordered the Ghost pepper sauce with Jalapeńo burger and it was just OK, definitely not spicy hot. My wife ordered a different burger, but she said it was just OK as well. I ordered well done and got a burger with pink in the middle. Guess the cooks are still in training. So, not a good vote for double burgers. The service, however, was fantastic even though we had a group of ten.
