Subway - Blue Springs

I just had lunch here and noticed something concerning. The young woman who checked out a customer using cash was wearing gloves, but then she proceeded to make my sandwich without changing them. When I asked her to put on a fresh pair of gloves, she gave me an attitude. I didn't have time to speak with a manager, and I'm not even sure one was present. I recommend being cautious if you decide to eat here. Date: September 5, 2020, at 11:30 AM.

The food was fresh and delicious. The service was exceptional, especially from a young man named Marcel. We had a lovely conversation with him while he prepared our sandwiches. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

The staff who prepared our sandwiches tonight were simply amazing! They were kind, friendly, patient, and attentive to detail. I would highly recommend this place for its quality and outstanding service.

Worst service ever. Placed an order online for pick up with the BOGO price. They dont honor it. They tried to make it right by giving us other things. Which would have worked but then we waited an additional 30 minutes before anyone even attempted to makeour sandwiches. I will never use this Subway again. I think they should give us the entire price of our check back!

Asked for a subway melt. Aug 19th, 2019. They gave me ham, turkey and fricken roast beef, I told then that a subway melt doesn't have roast beef and they acted like I was stupid. Subway melt has Turkey, ham and bacon. Waste of money.
