Starbucks - Blue Springs

I had a negative experience at this restaurant when my daughter mentioned that her drink was supposed to have cold foam. The server, Savannah, was very rude and dismissive, saying she didn't charge us for it instead of apologizing and correcting the mistake. She rolled her eyes, huffed, and muttered under her breath, showing horrible customer service. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

I ordered 2 large hot caramel machiato , one with 3 extra shots and second one with 2 extra shots...they didn't added extra shots but charged me extra 5$ for them.....Never order from here again.

The coffee is delicious. I can sit in the dining room for hours, even though most of the tables are dirty.

The people that work in this one are really nice! Very personable and make yummy beverages!
