Nothing Bundt Cakes - Blue Springs

Cute store all set up and ready to go and the lady would barely talk to us we tried several times 1 word answers and that's it. When I can get the simple answers for simple questions then I'll buy something

Great cakes. Adorable and taste great. We had some delivered as a gift and one of them had a red round plastic sticker with sharpie writing on it in the bottom of the cake. I'm so glad no one choked on it and it was caught when eating with my fork. Docked a star, hoping this is not the norm, but one small thing like this can make us doubt future orders.

I went there for the 1st time last night. Staff was extremely patient and helpful. The white chocolate raspberry was absolutely delicious. Very soft, moist and flavorful. I will be back.

When we walked in, we had to greet the cashier, Vanessa. She just stared at us. Vanessa was very rude to my wife while we were ordering. It was our first time and we called the tower cake a tier cake. She rolled her eyes and said “what is that?” Customer service training needs to be a priority for this branch. We will be taking our business to Lee's Summit.

Glad to finally have a location in Blue Springs instead of having to drive to Lee's Summit when I'm craving a confetti bundtlet! The cakes are perfectly moist and always taste amazing.
