Mr Hibachi - Blue Springs

Always a delight! They answer the phone promptly when I place my order, and my food is usually ready even before I arrive for pickup. The staff is consistently friendly. The portion sizes are just right and offer great value. One thing I can guarantee: you must try the rainbow roll! It will be a go-to for a long time!

The food was really great! I'm a vegetarian and I've got my vegetables, Teriyaki vegetables and white rice. It was all delicious. My favourite was the white rice, it was fluffy and sticky and perfect. Also the workers were friendly and helpful!

I cannot say enough good things about this place and the family who has ran it for as far back as I've been a resident in Blue springs. I love their Chicken Hibachi, but their Salmon Sushi is the absolute best I've had in town. Great family, very friendly and always consistent.

This restaurant has an amazing view. While they serve sushi, I mainly come here for the delicious chicken with mushrooms and General's chicken. The Crab Rangoon is fantastic!

What a fantastic discovery! The woman who took our order was incredibly friendly, and the delivery was quick. The Hibachi Chicken was tender, hot, and just right in terms of saltiness. The fried rice was cooked perfectly, not overdone at all. The miso soup was delightful, and the rolls were fried to perfection. Forget about Benihana – you must eat here tonight!
