Hawaiian Bros Island Grill

Second time we?ve tried this Hawaiian brothers location. Both times my food has been burned/scorched. This second time the Honolulu chicken was so over done, I didn?t even attempt to finish it. Pretty disappointed, as I was really looking forward to this. They lost our business, won?t be going back. Management reached out to us. Decided to give it another shot. Love this place. Got a quick lunch with my cousin and these guys are so attentive and the food came out so fast. It was absolutely delicious and we?ll be coming back. Great place.

We usually go to the Lee's Summitt location and we like the food but we decided to try this location. It's jammed into a corner and crossed thru the long drive thru traffic into kiosk hell.. The kiosk wouldn't take my coupon so onto a real person cashier to do that. This a 2nd time we bought food from this chain. We will make sure to come by every time we are in town. This time we went through the drive-through late at night. We could hear and understand then through the speakers which is so awesome! Most drive-through equipment sucks, theirs is top-notch. The employee at the drive-through was friendly and very helpful. We wanted to swap out a rice bowl with veggies and they help us make that happen. We ordered a large Honolulu chicken.
