The ice here is good. The menu offerings have remained the same for years. The food options on the dining menu look appealing, but the atmosphere today was only that of a small, tidy restaurant.

The service from the staff was excellent, however, the ice cream was disappointing. After taking just three bites, I started feeling unwell. It had a spoiled taste and left a bad aftertaste in my mouth.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, ensuring we received everything we ordered. The Oreo dirt monstrosity dessert was absolutely amazing, regardless of how childish my companion may think it is.

The service wasn't at all the probable. I stole the wrong food for the first time. then took 34 minutes to get what I ordered! not very satisfied!

If I could give 0 stars I would, every time I go to this location, the service is terrible and slow. The people in the window aren’t friendly or courteous. They act bothered by simply satisfying the order you already paid for. And the food is never quality. Eating out for a whole family isn’t cheap and when you spend $45 on meals at a place regardless if it’s “fast food” or not, you should expect to at least receive halfway decent service and decent quality food. Sure the chicken fingers were hot because you ran out and had to make more but we got the oldest fries in the bin and none of the other food was hot by the time we received the chicken finger meals. I also ordered the cheese curds because I love the cheese curds at Culver’s and these were not even close in comparison. They are covered in grease and burnt and disgusting and the container was half full. There are crumples of pieces of what looks like was leftover at the bottom. Unacceptable. Won’t be returning.
