Contribuiți la feedbackIt was a pretty rough experience at this restaurant. The first issue was finding a fly in my lemonade. I ordered a sandwich and some other items, but the food was extremely salty due to an overwhelming amount of spices and broth. It seemed like they used low quality ingredients, which affected the taste of the dishes. The mac and cheese had no flavor at all, while the water had more taste. The staff was friendly, but the overall quality of the food was disappointing. I ended up spending nearly $50 for what was probably the worst meal I have ever had on Long Island.
I recently ordered four meals from this restaurant and spent $50, only to find that some of them were overcooked. It seems like they haven't changed their oil in a long time, as the bread was burned and the bun was dried out. The fries were equally unpleasant. The only redeeming dish was the macaroni and cheese. The customer service was good, but the overall cooking quality was terrible. This will be my first and last time dining here.
I have only dined at this restaurant twice due to the long distance from my home, but it really serves excellent chicken dishes. Unfortunately, during my last visit, the chicken was a bit tough and dry, but I am willing to forgive and hope for a better experience next time. The wait times are not as long as they were when they first opened, so now is a great opportunity to try their food. I particularly enjoy their sides. I found their lemonade to be too sweet for my liking, but those who have a sweet tooth will probably enjoy it. The restaurant frequently collaborates with other establishments, keeping their menu fresh and exciting.
Honestly in love with eating! we have the Loud version of the chicken sandwich and the delicate combo and it had a kick. we had to get ice cream to help with the heat, but I would recommend going here. did not last too long and the staff was very nice and professional.
I have been going to Hot Chicken Mama since they opened 2 years ago or so and every time I go I notice the quality and consistency diminishes.The last few times I have gone the breading is almost black and it tastes like the fry oil hasn't been changed in months. Also, they used to at least try to put a piece of chicken on the bun that was larger then the bun itself. Sometimes you'd get lucky and get two pieces on one sandwich but my last visit the chicken was the thickness of two hockey pucks and dry and smaller than the bun.The fries are usually pretty good, the mac and cheese is ok but could have more flavor and the lemonades are top notch.Overall, the place is decent and I will still try it out, granted I will stop by less. I think the biggest thing management needs to address is the fry oil definitely needs to be changed more often.
