My group of 8 was looking for a dinner spot and decided to try out Copper Blues. We were able to get a table outside on a beautiful evening. Even though there was a live band playing nearby, there was still music playing in the restaurant. We started off with some tasty Asian chicken bites and calamari. For our mains, we tried the prime rib and strip-loin with vegetables and fries. The meat was cooked perfectly and we all enjoyed our meals. The prices for beer and wine were a bit high, but we were prepared for that. Overall, it's worth checking out if you're in the village, but it's not the most budget-friendly option.
The restaurant has a fantastic patio that overlooks the central courtyard, excellent service, and delicious food. Although the mussels were a bit chewy, they were still flavorful, and the spicy chicken bites were mouthwatering. The prices were reasonable. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
My family is in town to celebrate a kids honeymoon because my husband and I got married last weekend. We wanted to have dinner and decided to come here. We couldn't get a seat outside, but was seated inside. This is the only place that has an extensive kids menu. It's expensive, but worth it. The kids ordered fish and chips and chicken bites. My husband and I had a collingwood whiskey cocktail. It tasted like fake lime juice and had no taste of whiskey at all. The mussels and lamb skewers were tasty. The lamb was cooked perfectly and the broth to the mussels was so flavorful and I could taste the Louisiana flair. The service was also great. We were lucky that we came around 7pm. By 8pm, there was a line out the door.Overall it was a nice place and we would be back. It is perfect for appetizers and drinks!!
Typical fare. Nothing I'd write home about but I'd share it here. For the mussels I'd suggest a crustini instead of the bread they serve it with.
