No ginger-ale, cool? not the end of the world, but the bartender Moses, seemed really irritating, upset diss, even though I was excessively polite. It is so frustrating to be overly beautiful still unproven bad service expected to pay. When I explained that I cannot taste alcohol (Tequila) in my drink, he tried to fix it by saying more Club Soda Cranberry that I only had to order a double, instead of waiting for my request to restore my 1 drink with only one splash of cranberry this time. I didn't even drink the drink. It's just $7. I'm not in any way trying to come by. I asked him to taste it myself, he refused, still insisted that it was done right... even if it was done right, I am still nice to explain to you, I don't like asking you, you can make PLEASE it a different way, but you force me to pay for a drink, I hardly touched it, but that's not even the kicker he brought me another drink he brought out of frustration. Unfreaking credible. I asked him to talk to a manager so he would take it off, he said he was the manager I had to sign. God is my witness, I would never make up such a thing....side Note: The music played doesn't fit me the mood of the customers that was there. Nobody even seemed to enjoy the music. It is not that it was bad music it was simply techno electronic not matching the small amount there...

I came here after my husband said he wanted a divorce. I've been here since. It's my lucky place. Karaoke, strong drinks, friendly staff that are more like family, and surprisingly cheap prices. I am grateful for Krave. There are not too many places in the southern parts of Chicagoland that meet the LGBTQIAP community.??

I’ve been coming to this bar for at least 12 years now and I’ve always had a great experience. All the bar tenders are very friendly. I will keep coming here for many more years.
