Naatiya Indian - Blue Hills

I got served food that came out of a microwave. When i told the server he confirmed it.I ordered tandori chicken. When it got to my table i noticed the color wasnt a candy apple red but more of a grey&pink. The meat was sweating and the texture was not that of grilled meat. All signs pointed to it was left over from the lunch buffet and reheated to serve to me. I asked the server if thats what was the case and he shamefully admitted Yes.Everyone here was pretty nice the place looks good.UPDATE:04/07/24after reading the response from the owner, its clear in my review i did not say the food was cooked for the first time in a microwave. It was re heated. As in, you prepared it in the tandori the first time(who knows when) and then reheated it in a microwave before it was finally served to me. I know what grilled, broiled and tandori chicken looks like when it is cooked fresh and i know what it looks like after it has been reheated in a microwave.

One of my favorite Indian restaurants. They have a wider variety than many area restaurants, and I've enjoyed everything I've ordered. The staff is really friendly and attentive, and it's a place I bring friends to. Love their samosas, samosa chaat, the saffrani pulao is one of my favorite dishes ever, anywhere.
