The food was spectacular, as always and the service was stellar! Our server, Lani, was friendly, engaging soooo pleasant! TST never disappoints!

Wait for table was long with reservations and few customers. Some okra couldn't cut or bite. Fish was great.

Server was slow to get to table after being seated.

Bobby and his Team always provide incredible service. Even while dealing with a frozen pipe The Speckled Trout’s staff were smiling and happy to see us. The food was tasty as always. It is our go to in Blowing Rock!

We made our monthly reservation for a high top for two in bottle shop as we have for the past 24 months. This time we were told we could not have our normal table (we watch the hostess seat someone else at our table as we walked in) but we’re offered a seat in the restaurant or at a odd table in back set for six next to musician. We questioned our reservation but took the table. It felt like someone without a reservation got the table we reserved. Not happy about not getting the table we reserved but food and waitress were great as always.
