Mcdonald's - Blountville

I am disappointed to say this because I typically only leave reviews when they are positive, but unfortunately, this McDonald's consistently provides the worst service in the area. My son goes to school nearby, and we occasionally stop by for breakfast. However, our orders are often incorrect and the food is never prepared properly. Breakfast burritos are missing cheese and seem to be overcooked, and the cheese sticks are served without the cheese melted. I have never received fresh fries. It is the only food option in the vicinity, but the past experiences have been so bad that we now prefer to eat at the gas station next door.

The restaurant is clean and serves a great breakfast. The only downside was that they replaced the sausage with two strips of speck. However, everything else was fantastic.

We have a weekly class nearby this restaurant and since it is conveniently close for lunch break, we eat here frequently. Unfortunately, the fries are consistently either cold or reheated in oil, making them soggy. The only way to ensure fresh fries is by ordering them without salt and then adding salt afterwards. The burgers are also typically cold.

Friendly staff, liked the new kiosk for ordering. very clean renovated dining room. Recommend for short journey through tn!

When first walking in, the cashiers that walked out the door past me let me sit in the lobby for about 7 minutes until somebody realized was at the counter. After finally getting my order taken, I watch the gentleman in the back making my Mcmuffins with no gloves on. I then asked the manager to have somebody with gloves make my order. Then, as the lady go's to prepare my order for the second time, she only has one glove on that was already on prior to her being asked to make my order and the manager decides to go back and make them a third time himself. After a look of total frustration, I get my food and am told that I got a free apple pie. I guess giving a customer a free apple pie makes it alright that the employees don't wash hands, change gloves or wear gloves for that matter. I also must mention the lobby was empty and there were like 2 cars in the drive thru so it wasn't like they were swamped. I will never return again and will be calling corporate.
