Brennan's Big Chill - Bloomsburg

The ice cream at this restaurant is delicious, but unfortunately, the woman owner's behavior leaves much to be desired. It's surprising that this establishment is still operating considering the poor reviews mentioning her rudeness and arrogance. Even after all this time, it appears she has yet to improve her customer service skills.

I visited this restaurant while on vacation and tried their ice cream. It was absolutely delicious! They offer a wide variety of unique flavors to choose from. I highly recommend it to any ice cream enthusiasts out there!

Went in today while visiting in town and had good ice cream but terrible customer service. We were given attitude when asking certain questions and then witnessed a little boy who didn’t have enough money given attitude as well. When we asked what he was getting the woman claimed she didn’t know after just previously ringing him up. When he didn’t have the extra 50 cents to pay he left. We asked because we wanted to pay for him. A little kindness goes a long way. Ice cream was great, but won’t be back after those colors being shown.

I love all their Ice Cream! It was my first time there having an Ice Cream where one of my family members work.
