Gloria Jean's Coffees Normal

FYI they don’t have wifi here!! Came in to get a drink and do some work on my computer while waiting for my laundry next door. I didn’t want caffeine or sugar so I went for a tea, but their only herbal tea options were blueberry and raspberry. It felt a little painful to pay 5.50 +tax and tip) for just a hot tea. But my main gripe is that there wasn’t any wifi. I did lay even know that coffee shops existed these days without wifi. I mean even McDonalds has wifi!

Got a large coffee and when I asked why was the cup so little the lady told me they use a medium cup for their large. So you charge me the price of a large and give me a medium drink and don’t disclose that before hand. Rip off ! Don’t go here

This place is super ghetto. The toilet doesn't flush. The bathroom had water all over the floor. The place just looks dark dirty. Tables weren't wiped off, glass case where food is is dirty. I mean the service was nice. But this place is musty smelling. Even the landscape is all over grown so when you go through the drive thru, you'll scratch up your vehicle.

I love this place they started Boba woowoo I love your BOBA, and this is the best place to drink coffee and study. I can't wait for the semester to start back and want to be here back again and again during my fall semester.... love Gloria jeans Boba love

If I could give it zero stars I would.. over half the time they are closed… the times they are open they tell us they don’t have any of their drink supplies they don’t speak English like hardly at all. Today while at the laundromat next door we saw the lady unlock the door go in, turn on the open sign and when a customer went in and shortly after came out with nothing the lady who opened the store quickly locked up but left the open sign on customers are being turned away all day long. I can’t believe it’s still being run under the name Gloria genes when these people can’t even make a single drink
