Starbucks - Bloomington

My experience at this restaurant in the Mall of America was excellent. I went to the Starbucks on the second floor, ordered two large to-go coffees, and was informed that the wait time would be around 20 minutes. The staff was very helpful and even brought the coffee and a box of complimentary treats to me. Overall, the service was top-notch.

The restaurant was clean and well-organized with friendly staff who efficiently fulfilled orders.

Filthy floors and horrendous service. Ben told me I 'd have to go to the end of the line (which was out the door) to get an ice water for my young kids after placing a mobile order. I was told I needed to order this on the app. We then asked another employee how to do this on the app because it 's not an option and was advised she didn 't know. I know it 's hard finding good employees these days but that 's ridiculous.

Yes, Mall of America is large enough to have multiple Starbucks locations within it! This one is located on the opposite side of Nickelodeon Universe from its sister Starbucks and one floor up (2nd floor). Service is about the same at both locations.
