Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

We wanted to dine at Red Robin at 8:30 PM, but faced a long wait. It seemed like the host was overwhelmed, as they were juggling both seating guests and handling complaints. I observed that many tables were dirty and disorganized, which made the place look unkempt. While we were waiting, we noticed several dirty tables, which added to the rough atmosphere. When a group behind us in line decided to leave due to the situation, we followed their lead. I've had great experiences at Red Robin in other cities, so perhaps it's time for a change in management here?

I had a burger that was really delicious, followed by a dessert that was amazing. The staff was great, and the atmosphere was wonderful. They also offer unlimited fries!

I had a meal here, but unfortunately, I woke up the next day with food poisoning. Guests should proceed with caution if they choose to dine here, as they may risk getting sick. On a positive note, I can say that the service was good.

We had lunch at my daughter's birthday. the service and eating were great. on the end she even brought a Sunday to birthday. she felt very special.

My son likes the corn dog in the kids menu. So we came from time to time, either dine in or take out. The staff is always friendly and helpful.The last time we ordered over the phone, it is an automatic system, which I have not seen in other restaurants before. It was surprisingly effective. We placed the order over the phone and at the end the machined predicted that the order will be ready at 6:18pm. And it was! Amazing.
