I cannot speak on the quality of their pizza, but their slush puppie is delicious!
Today, when I placed my order, it took a while for the food to arrive. The server informed me that they accidentally burned two of the pizzas, so they gave me two extra pizzas for free. Now, I have four pizzas, but the customer service was excellent and very attentive.
After having a disappointing experience at Pizza Hut where my breadsticks were completely burned, I vowed to never order from them again. However, my craving for their boneless honey BBQ wings made me give them one more chance last night. I ordered the wings along with a large pepperoni and sausage pizza. The wings were perfect but the pizza was a letdown. It was overcooked and the sauce had completely dried out. I was so disappointed with the quality of the pizza. I tried calling the restaurant to speak with a manager, but received no response. In my opinion, Jack's Frozen Pizza is far superior to Pizza Hut. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Pizza Hut.
