Osteria Rago - Bloomington

What an adorable and delicious hidden little diner. We went on a Saturday evening for a special occasion and it was busy reservations are recommended! But totally worth it! The froccacia was on point, we also had an oven fired pizza as an appetizer amazing! The entrees were so good! I had a house special risotto that was so good, I'm still thinking about it weeks later. Yum! Authentic Italian, great service, cute place.

My man and I learned about osteria rago when we brought their fresh pasta from the bloomington woolery farmers market to home. it was delicious, but the dinner we enjoyed this afternoon was delicious. the bruschetta, fatuccine and wood fired pizza were perfection, and we could not ask for more thoughtful, friendly and professional staff. could this be our new favorite place for Italian?

Beautiful hidden gem. super friendly staff make them feel like a part of the family. our friendly waitress (blue) gave us great food recommendations and the kitchen was not disappointed. They were responsible and allowed to eat a common appetizer, a meal and a dessert comfortable without overwhelming themselves. the prices are reasonable if you are the one of scratches that is food.

The best Italian restaurant in the city, time. if you are looking for a delicious finger licking meal of spaghetti, pasta or pizza, do not look further. we enjoyed the polnta and Caesar salad as appetizers. our entrees were fantastic, the beautifully decorated auberginenparmesan was a happy, gooey and tasty! the chicken marsala was cooked for perfection. the best part of the entire experience was our server, she was 10 stars! we will be back again and again!

I’ve been wanting to try this place out for a while and it exceeded my expectations! I thought I was going the boring route by getting lasagna but it was the most unique delicious lasagna I’ve ever tasted! Our server Emelia was great and very knowledgeable on the menu. The food also came out very promptly. So delicious!
