Dough Dough - Bloomington

This was my first experience with edible cookie dough, and it was fantastic! The portions are enormous, so I recommend starting with a small size. My husband and I shared the sample tray, and it was more than enough for us!

After our meal at Crave, we were definitely in the mood for dessert, so I decided to check out a cookie dough place. The concept was intriguing—who doesn't enjoy eating raw cookie dough? The setup resembled a typical ice cream shop, with all the flavors displayed in front of you, allowing you to sample and explore various options. The staff member was friendly and encouraged us to try several flavors to help with our decision-making. I tried to be cautious about how much I ordered and opted for the smallest cup, but it turned out to be quite substantial—about the equivalent of three cookies’ worth of cookie dough. While the cookie dough itself was delicious, I found it’s one of those treats that are best enjoyed in smaller portions. As I neared the end of my cup, I was pleasantly satisfied and ready to wrap it up—a feeling I rarely have with ice cream! Overall, it was a good experience, and I’m glad I gave it a try. However, I likely wouldn’t choose it over ice cream or pretzels for my next dessert craving. Still, I recommend trying it at least once to see if you like it!

This is a fantastic pick-me-up while shopping at the Mall of America! The treats were a bit dry, so I recommend having a drink on hand. I tried a scoop of both the monster cookie and s'mores flavors, and I highly recommend the s'mores! The portions are generous, so even one scoop is satisfying. I also appreciated the mini scoop option, which is perfect if you find cookie dough too filling.

We had Dough Dough reserved for an event last weekend (September 2023), but they didn't confirm any cancellation and didn't show up. There was no indication of a temporary closure on Google, and we received no responses to our emails or phone calls. If you have them booked for an upcoming event, I recommend finding a backup option.

Terrible! My boyfriend and I stopped by because he really loves cookie dough. We decided to get a scoop of ice cream and some cookie dough, but the ice cream had freezer burn, and the cookie dough tasted stale and was way too hard.
