Burger King - Bloomington

I'm so disappointed in the service. I ordered 14 burgers, 5 of them are whpr, I ordered extra salat, extra wobbles, extra tomaten. the bark is also burned, taste bitter. they feel really bad

This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. The last time we visited, both the service and the food were terrible. I thought it was just a bad night, but tonight was even worse. The employee who took our order was rude and cut us off while we were speaking. This place needs to either close down or start fresh with a new crew. I’ll definitely never return. They even messed up our order of eight pieces of chicken, two Rodeo burgers, and two iced cokes. Buffalo sauce on the Rodeo burger? Seriously? We visited at 9 PM, with worker ID 633012, William.

As a driver in a city with a highly seasonal business, I often feel the effects of rising inflation and slow sales. Last night, I was out all night and needed to stop by a place to pay my rent. I just wanted a quick breakfast before heading home, as I was exhausted and hungry. Normally, I wouldn’t do this, but I found myself in the drive-thru just a minute after they opened this morning. There was a slight delay because the computer system hadn’t completely booted up yet. However, the staff member I encountered was exceptionally kind! I've generally received good and friendly service here over the past few months, but this employee’s warmth and positivity at 7:01 AM were truly remarkable. He deserves a raise!

Although the staff is low. my wife and I forgot the order. another woman sat before us and waited half an hour before her meal. we wait for 20mins still a woman and her family could eat her in the time, only because one of the employees recognized her as regular so that her work prioritises us. although it is irrelevant to complain about eating, but that was quite honest. if they go to this bk, don't disturb, they drive into the foot. it thru is faster, but I can't fit my long bed through it.

Food was made fresh, person taking the order was helpful and polite. The restaurant was absolutely freezing. We were going to eat inside but it was so cold we got it to go..
