Bloomington Bagel Company

Love this place, go there almost everyday. The bagels are always solid but most the time I go there for iced coffee. When made right, it’s my favorite ever but depending on who’s working half the time it doesn’t taste good. I wouldn’t mind spending $6 on coffee if the deliciousness was more consistent! I would have a meeting and teach everyone how to make the exact same tasting coffee each time.

Great service and cool atmosphere. I really want to like this place but the bagels are so hard they're borderline inedible. Like its a minor battle just to eat one, and the bagel usually wins...The cream cheese flavors are great, though. I'm just not sure where the good bagel reviews are coming from. They def. need to change the recipe or cooking process though... it's that bad. The kicker is the inside is good but the outside is like a friggin husk or shell or something...Anyway, had to get that off my chest. Please, please rethink your recipe so I can binge eat ur bagels.

I am a fan of Bloomington Bagel Company bagels, this shop bears their name ... but, nothing about it is good. I came in for lunch with a friend today, we were hoping to get some sandwiches, it was our first time in the shop. We asked a few questions and were made feel stupid for doing so. I understand this is a bagel shop, but they also sell sandwiches, so asking if they have mayo should be a standard question. Perhaps they're used to dealing with rude students, but, even then customer service should be at the forefront. Molly had an attitude from the beginning! She was rude and condescending. We will not be back to the shop! If you have a hankering for a bagel, or a bagel sandwich, Gables bagels is right up the road, and they are far superior!

I just had the best bagel I've ever had. Asiago with artichoke smoked gouda! Perfect! Employees were very friendly as well!
