Taj Mahal - Bloomingdale

I enjoy dining in at the restaurant as well as ordering takeout (the picture was taken at my home). I'm currently at home sick with COVID, and I couldn't be happier to have this meal. It's absolutely delicious!

However, the atmosphere leaves much to be desired—it feels a bit like the hectic decks of an aircraft carrier, lacking any character with bare walls. This could easily be improved with some décor featuring images of Indian life, towns, or historical sites. A few large TVs showing cricket, soccer, or lively performances would enhance the vibe, and throw in some American sports for good measure!

My family went here after my cousin proposed this place! We're glad she proposed this place. The food served here was hot and delicious!! Prices seem more reasonable than other restaurants! The quantity of food ordered was sufficient!! This place creates an Indian vibe that even makes the experience special! I understand that it is hard to believe my review after some negative reviews of this place, but go try it yourself and you will love the experience!

The Indian food here is fantastic! The samosas are delicious. You can order entrées à la carte or opt for the thali, which includes rice, naan, and four small dishes—plenty for two people. The spice level isn’t too overwhelming, but the yogurt in the thali tends to cool down. Service was excellent as well!
