Las Brisas Authentic Mexican Bloomfield, Mo

Just hasn’t tried out the Bloomfield location. But it was as great as the Malden location. Food was excellent. The service was fantastic. Just an all around great dining experience.

Disclaimer I am a South Texas gal born and raised on Mexican food. That said we were pleasantly surprised enjoyed Las Brisas, a spur of the minute stop. The chips were fresh. The guacamole fresco was delicious. It has nice sized avocado chunks with plenty of tomato onions. I ordered the fajita combo platter. Lots of tender chicken beef with thinly sliced peppers and onions. Good refried beans and rice. Husband had the Jicama platter not a jicama in sight but it had tender beef fajitas covered in cheese sauce. Misses the salsa that came with the chips had no flavor and neither did the guacamole that came with the fajitas. Fabulous service. Jjust a couple of tweaks will make this place a must stop in a tiny town.

Good portions. Bit pricey but you never walk away hungry. Diverse flavors and options.Of course you get complimentary chips and salsa. Their salsa is delicious!Service is good. Environment is good. Food is good. Nice family restaurant.
