Ihop - Bloomfield

I was over 10 times at this ihop and the service was not good. but today I decided to have breakfast with my children as the school is closed for the holiday. When we came in, we were greeted by a beautiful woman called felicia, who she took us to our table our order for the 1st time that I got hot coffee in this ihop all thanks to felicia. our food was very fast it was hot and taste delicious felicia came at the table a few times to check if we need something. she had a nice, welcoming smile. many thanks to felicia for their wonderful service?

No fan of the personal. our server was nice, but she took forever with the food and forgot to put an order in the last minute. she had glasses. do not want to name here

Ms.Cynthias service was great! we were welcomed with compassionate ambiente and warm-hearted services. everything during our dine in we managed to feel completely comfortable and we were really working. come here if you want to experience a great customer service.

We sat and the waiter had taken our order. they gave us the drinks and we waited for the food. all the others in ihop got there we were waiting for about 40 minutes to eat. when we got the food, it was cold, which meant that it was in the kitchen. the waiter has forgotten to give us our French toast and we wait for another 20 minutes and after that she gave us our scary. we had the ready and she totally ignored our table and then we wait another 20 minutes until she gets the ****. this is the worst experience I had in ihop.

Excellent from start to finish. From the person that greater us at the door to our server they were so so personable. Good management!
