Bellevue - Blieskastel / Biesingen

After a recommendation we visited the Bellevue restaurant and were totally enthusiastic. The variety of cuisine and preparation without additives and flavor enhancers has surprised us positively. The dishes were all delicious and we can only recommend the Bellevue in Blieskastel Biesingen. We are looking forward to the opening of the beer garden with a great panoramic view over Aßweiler, on Friday it is also to be grilled!

The Bellevue is located a bit outside Blieskastel and also offers space for larger companies. The interior seems to have been hanging in the past few years and rather offers pub flair. The kitchen is good-bourgeois.

The house has come a bit in the years, but is very nice and clean and well maintained. The ambience, tablecloth etc. is okay. The audience on this Easter Monday was mixed colourfully. All ages are available. The service was attentive and in view of the rainy operation more than ok. The daily map was well structured and varied. I had a menu with a goose soup, salad, rumpsteak and dessert. Beer as aperitif Spanish red wine to the main course. My conclusion: The steak was underground, had the shape and appearance of a pig's neck. After complaint and return, the food was taken completely from the bill. not recommended.

General We have visited the restaurant Bellevue (name is program! along with my grandma for lunch. On Sunday there were about 6 blankets consisting of appetizer (broccoli cream soup, main course (Wildgulasch, Schnitzel, Schweinlendchen etc... and dessert (Creme with berries). The service was friendly and has already secured on the phone that the cook can prepare something vegetarian at any time even if this is not on the map. The appetizer soup was fine, good taste but in the handle sauces not exactly an eyewitness. The non-vegetarian main dishes of my family were all very good, meat was roasted exactly at the point, pumice was not labbrig, vegetables had bites. Only minus point here again: it wasn't very beautifully executed. The vegetarian dish I had chosen was a colorful salad plate with baguette. All salads were homemade and the dressing was really delicious. Usually the regular card also includes pasta with feta and cherry tomatoes or the like. So there is always something for vegetarians. The berry cream as a dessert was also delicious. All in all a beautiful family restaurant with solid good kitchen and fair value for money. Since many ingredients come directly from the region and are freshly prepared there is an extra point. A suggestion for improvement on my part: a little more modern and the dishes taste more refined service Friendly and tried! The ambience somewhat dusted, not very modern but lovingly and neatly covered! Cleanliness Without defects!

Our stay in the bellevue is very pleasant to us in memory. the quality of the food was very good. the service has worked super, was attentive and fast. only the prizes make me a little grumpy: a carving with pommes and cream sauce for 14,50 euro? that is already very ambitious - but if everything is true (and that has it here) then that is better for me than for example 10 euro to get and to establish that the quality of the food and the service could have been better. So, look. ;-)
