The use of local ingredients in the 4 or 7 course tasting menu was stunning. The menu can be fully customized to be vegan, which I found extremely impressive. As a cook myself, I must say that this is high praise.

The restaurant, arbour, is famous for its delicious meals and luckily, they also provide a vegan option. The food is both local and creative, complemented by outstanding wine selections, delivered by attentive and well-informed servers in a sophisticated atmosphere. I highly recommend it!
