Tourist Green Resort Garden Village Bled

Lovely hotel. Close to Bled lake town center. Various room styles : glamping tents, tree houses luxury apartments. Lovely rooms and great facilities. Pool, on nice river free bikes. We stayed really like Tree House no 2 as nice next to the river. Problem is room has no AC which is frustrating and annoying Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Booked 6 nights stay six months ago but on arrival day was told our accommodation was not available. An alternative was offered, which was presented as an upgrade. Turned out to be really less unfortunately. Reception staff were not very helpful This is not my problem , the manager was not present and the cleaning service was also disappointing. The concept can be fun, the pool and the decor of the resort are certainly beautiful, for example. It can of course happen that something goes wrong with a reservation, but we found it particularly disturbing that it was communicated so late and that so little was subsequently done to offer a suitable solution or otherwise extend our stay to to make a success. Especially since we would stay for almost a week and the resort is quite pricey. For example, we were not offered to stay at least two or three of the 6 nights in the accommodation we booked, while this would have been possible. In the end we did receive a discount on the last day where the manager 'subtly ' asked for a positive review , but that came very late for us. All in all, not recommended: the location is beautiful, but the price quality ratio is not appropriate in our opinion and the resort just does not feel warm or welcoming.

Good location with a variety of styles to choose from, such as: glamping tents, tree houses, and luxury apartments.Nice rooms and great facilities that include helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, pool, river, and restaurant. Breakfast is included and there are free bikes to use on a first come first serve basis. Would definantly recommend.

Bled very busy, but this place is a secluded retreat. Gushing river and 'natural ' swimming. Ideal for kids Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Kid-friendly
