Irashai - Bldg Fort Wainwright

This is a lovely restaurant with very extravagant décor. I ordered the baked black dragon sushi roll, the fire steak roll, and a seaweed salad. The rolls were quite good, and the portions were generous. For dessert, we tried the tempura ice cream, which was an intriguing flavor.

We had a family dinner to celebrate my little sister's birthday, and we were quickly seated just minutes after arriving. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Although it took a little longer for our food to arrive since we were a party of six, it was absolutely delicious and well worth the wait. The only downside to our visit was that we were seated next to the auto-playing piano, which was quite loud and made it difficult for me due to some sensitivity to noise. If anyone in your group has sound issues, I would definitely recommend asking to be seated away from the piano.

Always incredibly fresh sushi, excellent customer service, and a fantastic atmosphere. The non-sushi dishes are also outstanding. Be sure to try their cheesecake dessert, but keep in mind it's big enough for sharing between two people.

Delicious Sushi Restaurant with live music! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a bowl of Miso Soup, and the restaurant features a stunning bubble wall. The menu is quite extensive. We started with Potstickers and shared a large Sake. For the main course, we ordered the "Oh My God Sushi," which is served flaming on a plate with the sushi in the center wrapped in aluminum foil. It was incredibly tasty, but be sure to ask for ginger and wasabi on the side. We also enjoyed the Kimchi Ramen, which was very flavorful. For dessert, we indulged in Tempura Ice Cream.

Always amazing! I wish more people were aware of this place because it doesn't look like much from the outside. It's a true hidden gem inside!
