I’d like to start off by saying it’s definitely not somewhere that deserves service from anyone. There is one employee there named Kristina( chick with pink hair) who is very hostile towards customers and likes to sit there and accuse them of stealing then lies to the manager when confronted about it and flips the story around. For the past few days she’s been very rude and hostile towards me and my friends. The bathroom there is absolutely disgusting and horrid, there’s no toilet paper or paper towels. The baby changing table is covered in grime and hair and it the smell makes me gag each time I go in there. Someone needs to do something and make it a better store

Kristine is an absolute horror to work with, doesn’t know how to remain professional. Doesn’t know how to shut up and not cause drama, doesn’t know how to be a good employee and not cause issues with the customers. She needs to be removed from the holiday because she’s not someone I want to ask service from. You guys need to fix your management and hire good employees before you lose customers. If I could give no stars I would, you guys suck.

Associate named kristina, proceeds to yell at customers if they paid for there items, when they obviously had paid through a different associate. Only because they went back inside the store because she didnt see it. Watched them drive by and kristina begun yelling did you pay for your items. Shes being combative towards customers.

Employees suck with their customer service skills. HORRIBLE. YOU GUYS SUCK!

If you want respect and good customer service. Don’t go here. The employees don’t know how to treat people and like to cause drama with the customers that bring in money. Worst holiday in town. 0/10 would recommend.
