We planned and celebrated a wedding here. The employee who planned everything with us was very nice and patient with us. Spontaneous changes were also no problem. Overall, the wedding was a very successful event. The food was very plentiful and tasty. There was a screen with a projector in the room that we could use for videos. What didn't work for me, however, was that the waiter wanted to have the bridal couple's bill paid on the evening of the wedding, even though they had stayed there overnight and could therefore have paid everything the next day. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious. The connection to the motorway is excellent. The staff is not at all accommodating. Sent our kids to the side to play. The children's “paradise” is loveless and boring, as well as pretty worn out. The house is already very old in places. The balconies are a disaster throughout. Without separation. Really nice place to stay. They allowed me an earlier check in, around 8 in the morning. Just it is at outskirts of Berlin so must have a car if you want to roam around. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 3 Hotel highlights: Luxury

As soon as you enter the hotel, you are greeted in an extremely positive and friendly manner. Which should be normal anyway. But what struck me particularly positively here was how friendly the welcome was. The room is ABSOLUTELY top with a beautiful view. The swimming pool is a dream. Only the sauna is a bit small. But this also invites you to sweat. A breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired. No one has that much time for breakfast to taste everything. Brunch breakfast. Conclusion: TOP HOTEL, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Rooms: Beautiful large rooms with bathtubs. Always a HIGHLIGHT for me personally because I love bathing. To be clear, we did NOT stay at the hotel itself. We were only visitors/guests in the restaurant. The hotel is beautiful and very spacious. This also applies to the restaurant part. However, that said everything. The food is really of a terribly poor standard, even though the ingredients used were fresh and of good quality. Only the chef on duty really had no idea what he was doing about him. The soup with turmeric was literally unedible. Way too much turmeric!! The food was also completely cold. The main course really didn't get any better. Ultimately, due to hunger (while passing through), I ate it with long teeth. Done quickly and back on the road. Once, but not a second time for us. Moreover, the waiting staff were of non-German origin. That is certainly not a problem, but they should at least be somewhat proficient in a common language.
