Homestead Steak House - Blanding

First time I have had a Navajo Taco. It was really good. It was their last day of the season. The onion rings were good too.

Great restaurant in Blanding, UT. We went for dinner 3 nights in a row, as we were in the area for outdoor activities, and this was by far the best choice for dinner. We had steaks, pasta, BBQ ribs, salads, etc for dinner. It was all very good. The service was very good and attentive. It is extremely busy and appears quite popular with locals as well as tourists, so plan ahead. I would be happy to go back again.

Navajo Taco, salad bar and hot hamburger steak sandwich all was great

I was disappointed with my dinner. I had the chicken fried chicken dinner with garlic mashed potatoes and a trip to the salad bar. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I wasn't impressed. The salad bar was nice, but the blue cheese dressing wasn't the best. The chicken was moist, but the coating had little flavor. The gravy was bland, too. The potatoes were good. I'm from AZ, and our chicken fried chicken dinners are much different and have better flavor. The service was very friendly. I hate that I spent $30 for this dinner. There are very few choices for meals in Blanding, so I guess you can't be too picky. I'll be coming back through here in a few days, but I'll spend my money elsewhere.

My friends and I have eaten here for 4 years our during our hunting trips.Our food has always been great and very good service.
