Two Magpies Bakery - Blakeney

This Suffolk chain offers the typical large cakes, but they appeared overwhelmed by demand during my visit. The orders were backed up, with only one employee handling the drinks while several others stood around the “wake,” despite two espresso machines being available. There definitely needs to be some improvement in their processes and management. This update is in response to a previous review dated August 30, 2021.

I recently visited this restaurant while in North Norfolk, and I can't recommend it highly enough. They offer a wide selection of sweet and savory baked goods that cater to all dietary preferences, especially for vegans. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the location is wonderful. I particularly enjoyed their sourdough bread, chocolate cookies, and amaretti cookies.
