I really love their wonderful svc. Their warm lavender Matcha is very good! Their iced matcha is not great. Their chai is fantastic. Overall a 10/10 !!

I really recommen this place.I tried the sandwich with avocado en chipotle, it is delicious.

Never got a chance to eat the food, don 't know if it was good or not. Service was beyond bad, it was rude. Walked in, there were one couple in front of us ordering sandwiches, and one couple already seated, chatting over drinks. We quickly moved up to the counter to order, where it started to head south. Started out just disappointing...asked for a Thai Iced Tea that was advertised in a sign taped to the display case. Was told they 're out of it, and she takes the sign down. Then offers a Chai Tea because It 's the same . It shouldn 't be, so I pass. I 'm not eating anything but my girlfriend orders a Thanksgiving Sandwich off the menu, not a specialty item. After we order and pay, with a tip, we 're told it will be 15 to 20 minutes. OK, should have told us up front, but I get it, it 's around 1:30, busy time. So we have a seat and wait. I see order after order come out and go into a big box. Somebody getting a big order to go. Two or three other called-in orders are picked up. About a half hour in, a guy comes in with his dog and places an order. Then the box guy shows up and takes his box full of food to go. Not long afterwards the couple who were in front of us when we came in get their order. Good, we 're next, right? Nope. The guy with the dog who came in half an hour after us gets his order. I 'm done now, I walk up to the counter and tell the lady that the dog guy got served ahead of us after he came in half an hour after, and I tell her that 's inexcusable, we 're leaving and I want our money back for the sandwich still haven 't received. First she tells me, Well his sandwich was easier to make . We got a menu item, turkey with Cranbury sauce and dressing...nothing special. So whatever, just give us our money back. We had paid by card, she says well I would have to do that in cash . Cash is good, thank you. She gave me back 12 singles, a quarter and a nickel on a $16.37 bill not counting the tip, but we did drink the bottled iced tea. I think they should have told us upfront that they were slammed and told us a more accurate wait time. They definately should not serve the guy who put his order in half an hour after us before they put our sandwich out. And they should have just said they were sorry, it 's busy, or sorry some excuse, but no...they blamed the sandwich that we ordered, and then tried to beg off a return because they couldn 't do it on the card. Maybe your food is good, I 'll never know. Your service today was unacceptable.

Love the sarachi shrimp! And gluten-free eggplant sandwich.

Food here is great. I've had the Reuben, Eggplant, Chicken cutlet, the one with brie and apple. The only thing I wasn't expecting is that my eggplant had mayo on it and I didn't remember seeing that in the menu ingredients. It took away from the flavor of balsamic on it but still good.
