Rumi Palace - BLAIR ATHOL

This is a great restaurant to visit. I ordered the entree of fried dumplings and the mixed kebabs. The chicken kebab I had was delicious - not too spicy, with tender, juicy meat cooked to perfection. The service was friendly and the restaurant was presented impeccably. It was a good value for the amount and quality of the food.

I had never seen fried mantoo on a menu before, and I definitely don't regret ordering them! The service was friendly, the atmosphere cozy, and the food was great. We were amazed by the size of the kebab plates - they were absolutely huge! The meat was tender and delicious. Yum!

The flavors were fantastic! The service was friendly and the portions were generous. The restaurant was clean. We ordered the Ashak (Afghan fried dumplings), Mantoo (Afghan lentil dumplings), Borani Banjan (Afghan eggplant), and the Mixed Kebab. Bread came with the eggplant dish.

Place is clean and well maintained. Food is absolutely delicious. Prices are excellent, and food portions are big and filling! Staff is friendly. Whenever I want to have a “home cooked meal” I definitely have a craving for that place! Will be back again and again:

A fantastic restaurant all round great staff, fantastic food and nicely decorated. Highly recommend this Afghan restaurant. One of the best in the Adelaide metro area. Two of my favourite dishes (Aash soup and Mantoo dumpllings) were both sensational. We also had their mixed kebabs and salmon dishes and both were equally good.
