This day I took the trouble to call, because it was a surprise for my boyfriend and I made a big order of 50+ sushi and other items. I asked for it to be ready by 5 p.m. I arrived at 5:05 p.m. and not only was it not ready, but I had to wait a good 30 minutes there. Obviously I arrived late to the surprise of my boyfriend... I find it really boring to take the time to call in advance (explain that it is for the surprise of my boyfriend, asked that it be ready for 5 p.m. and it's not ready... The sushi was good, but I was disappointed with the service.

Following a problem with my Uber order, the manager's response was in no way adequate. However, she admitted that she was going to change her communication on Uber Eats, although she did not make a mistake. I think that despite this restaurant having a beautiful name. The prices are exorbitant for the quantity and the quality is really declining. I've already had sushi brought to my house and clearly the quality is no longer as incredible as before, it's really ordinary. The customer service is terrible.
